Online Registration (Multi)
All families must first register all players with USA Hockey. In doing so you will get a confirmation number that you must use when registering with this site. The USA Hockey season goes from September 1 through August 31 of each year.
1. Go to the USA Hockey Website.
2. Choose member type Ice Player/Coach.
3. You must be 18 years of age to process a registration. Check the box that acknowledges that YOU are 18 or older.
4. Select the correct season – 2011-12.
5. Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly.
6. Process payment – Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). A Visa gift card will also work.
7. You may print your Confirmation page at this time. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed.
Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30 if age 7 or older. The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2003) and younger. The registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number.
Once you have registered all players with USA Hockey, and have your confirmation pages, please return to this site to log in and register with SFYHA.
Please Note: A Mite is the highest level of Mite this year. D Mite is now the lowest level of Mite
ALL credit cards payments are subject to a 3% fee added to your ice bill!! This fee is charged to the Association every time a credit card transaction is processed.
